We can operate in most global regions due to our vessel personnel being experienced, licensed and certified to operate worldwide. OTI's parent company, Global Towing Services, LLC., has met the established requirements of certified policies such as ISM (International Safety Management) and is committed to maintain these policies which were founded in order to encourage accountability for a system that requires quality from departments through an auditing system that minimizes risk, enforces maintenance and HSE policies on all vessels in the fleet and monitors training for all crew members and staff. This collective effort provides a safe, dependable, and efficient service and product to our customers and a safe and healthy environment for our employees.

The need to have certified practices were established to create a Quality Management system that would be recognized internationally, as well as domestically. Offshore Towing's Parent Company; Global Towing Services, LLC, maintains a DOC Certificate and ISM Certified Vessels. These certificates certify that the Safety Management System of the company has been audited and complies with the requirements of 33 CFR 96, Subpart B.
